Doggy Play Centre Terms & Conditions

General Admission

  • All dogs must be fully vaccinated.
  • Dogs must be free from contagious illnesses, parasites, fleas, and ticks before attending.
  • Owners are responsible for ensuring their dog is fit, healthy, and suitable for social play.
  • Dogs displaying aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour may be refused entry or asked to leave without a refund.
  • Owners must inform staff of any medical conditions, behavioural concerns, or special requirements before attendance.

Supervision

  • Owners remain responsible for their dogs at all times.
  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult while on the premises.
  • The play centre accepts no responsibility for accidents or injuries resulting from failure to follow staff instructions.

Play and Behaviour

  • Dogs interact and play at their own risk. While every effort is made to provide a safe environment, minor injuries can occur during normal play.
  • Staff reserve the right to separate dogs or end play sessions where necessary for the safety and welfare of all dogs and visitors.
  • Excessive barking, aggression, mounting, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the play area.

Party Bookings

  • Party bookings must be made at least one month in advance.
  • Full payment or a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the booking.
  • Final guest numbers must be confirmed no later than 7 days before the event.
  • Party packages include a maximum of 8 dogs unless otherwise agreed.
  • Party themes, decorations, and cake requests must be selected and confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • If you cannot attend your booking, we offer a rescheduling facility. Bookings can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the session start time using the link provided in your booking confirmation email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings in exceptional circumstances.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • The play centre reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative date or full refund will be offered.

Health and Safety

  • Owners must clean up after their dogs. Waste disposal facilities are provided.
  • Dogs must be kept on a lead when entering and leaving the premises unless instructed otherwise by staff.
  • Food and treats brought onto the premises must be approved by staff to ensure the safety of all dogs present.
  • Human guests enter and use the facilities at their own risk.
  • CCTV and security cameras operate throughout the premises for the safety and security of all visitors, dogs, and staff.

Liability

  • The play centre accepts no liability for injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, vehicles, or dogs, except where required by law.
  • Owners are liable for any damage or injury caused by their dog to people, property, or other animals.

Photography and Marketing

  • Photographs and videos may be taken during play sessions and events for promotional purposes.
  • Please notify staff before your visit if you do not wish your dog or party guests to appear in marketing materials.

Agreement

By booking, attending, or using the facilities, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
