Booking & Before Arrival
- The play centre is available on a pre-booked basis only.
- All sessions must be booked in advance.
- Once your booking is confirmed, the gate access code will be sent to you via email.
- Sessions are booked in 1-hour time slots.
- Please ensure you vacate the play centre at the end of your session and do not overrun into the next booking.
- To help provide a calm and stress-free experience for all dogs, particularly reactive dogs, please do not arrive more than a few minutes before your allocated session time.
- If you arrive late, your session cannot be extended. Please arrive on time to make the most of your booking.
Ground Rules
- Bookings can only be made by individuals aged 18 years or over.
- Children are welcome when accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.
- Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Failure to remove dog waste, litter, or toys may result in refusal of future bookings. Spot checks are carried out regularly.
- If you find waste, litter, or items left by a previous user, please dispose of them and notify us.
- Dogs must be kept up to date with flea, tick, and worm prevention treatments.
- Disrespectful or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Please be considerate and respectful of our neighbours.
- Any damage or breakages caused during your visit must be paid for by the user responsible.
- Littering is strictly prohibited.
- It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the gate remains securely locked at all times.
- Dogs must never be left unattended, either at the play centre or in vehicles.
- Please discourage your dog from digging or damaging the grounds and report any holes immediately so they can be repaired safely.
- The entrance gate must remain locked whenever the play centre is not in use.
- Dogs must remain on a lead between your vehicle and the play centre. Once safely inside, they may be let off lead.
- Do not bring your dog to the play centre if they have been unwell within the previous 48 hours.
- Dogs must not be tied to any gates, fences, or equipment.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on site.
- Agility equipment is provided for dog use only. People must not sit, lean on, climb on, or play on the equipment.
Payments, Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Full payment must be received prior to arrival.
- Bookings cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the session start time are non-refundable.

- Owners are responsible for the actions and behaviour of their dogs at all times.
- Owners are responsible for any injury, loss, or damage caused by their dogs.
- While every effort is made to ensure the play centre remains secure, we cannot guarantee that it is completely escape-proof.
- All vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
